SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.

Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Additional charges may accrue on Priority, Overnight and International shipping if multiple attempts are made for delivery.

Shipping addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam should add an additional $5.00 charge for standard Shipping & Delivery. Orders arrive in 7 to 9 business days when ordered before 12:00 noon (PST).

Returns Policy

Dailykart.com has a friendly return and refund policy to ensure your online purchase is free of stress. We do not release your payment to the seller till the products are received by you and you are happy with it. We are always with you, before your purchase and after your purchase. We are not perfect but we have ensured hard that our refund/return policies do not bring any ugly surprises to you post your purchase.

However, Dailykart.com is a marketplace which allows multiple sellers to sell their products. Each Seller can have different return policy and can be found at sellers's home page. If you have any questions regarding your return, please contact the Seller directly.

In case of returns, all items must be returned to the Seller in accordance with the Seller's return policy and should NOT be returned to Dailykart.com.
Please make sure to read the Sellers return policy, as each seller may have a different return policy.

General Returns Information

Each seller may have a different return policy but here is general information to help you with returning an item to the seller for a refund or exchange. Please note that items purchased from sellers need to be returned directly to the seller and NOT to Dailykart.com.

  1. If you receive an item different than what was described or was damaged, please contact the seller directly within 24 hrs of receiving the shipment to report the defect or damage. You should be able to reach an agreement with one another for an exchange or refund. If necessary, you can return your item to the seller for a refund or exchange.

  2. If you have any issue with your order, please contact the seller within 24 hours of receipt of your order. You can find the email address and phone number of the seller on the invoice. When writing to the seller to arrange for its return, please be as descriptive as possible regarding the problem with the merchandise.

  3. To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item to the seller in the same condition you received it once the seller agrees that the item can be returned.

  4. Shipping and handling charges for returning Marketplace items are borne by the buyer (unless the item was damaged). If an item was shipped FREE of Charge, upon return, you may be charged for the original shipping.

  5. Unfortunately, any custom made or personalized items are not eligible for a return or exchange. Any consumable item cannot be returned after the original packaging has been opened or the factory seal is broken.

  6. Return policy does not apply if it is Final Sale or No Returns mentioned by Seller.
To ensure the safe return of the merchandise, it is suggested that items valued at over $49 be returned to the seller with a track-able shipping service. If the order is valued at $99 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service.

Using a track-able return shipping method is the only way for us to verify that your merchandise has been received by the seller. Dailykart.com strives to maintain a marketplace that is fair to both buyers and sellers.

Refund Policy

Sellers can create full or partial refunds for buyers, including original shipping costs.

When you shop at Dailykart.com, we charge your credit card and pass on payment (after subtracting a commission), to your seller. For you to secure a refund equivalent to your initial purchase price, your seller must request a refund to Dailykart.com.

In any case where a refund is necessary, such as when your seller is out of stock and cannot ship, or when you return an item, it is the responsibility of the seller to request that refund. We provide sellers with instructions about how to request refunds.

Sellers may request for a full or partial refunds for an order. If a new item is returned opened, or an item is returned as unwanted (i.e., not defective), the seller may deduct a reasonable restocking fee from your refund.

Refunds are typically processed within one week of the seller's request. The funds will be deposited back in your credit card account, and Dailykart.com will send you confirmation of the refund via e-mail. It may take additional 3 to 4 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
